High blood pressure is dangerous for women than men

Research by scientists at the US Medical Center Wake Forest Baptist North Carolina showed that hypertension is dangerous for women than men, particularly in relation to risk of vascular disease.
                           
In a new study published in the journal Therapeutic Advances in Cardiovascular, lead researcher, Professor Carlos Ferrario, and colleagues discovered "significant difference" in the mechanisms causing
hypertension in women when compared with men. Mr. Ferrario said that a long time, the medical community still think the symptoms of high blood pressure is common in both sexes therapy should also be based on this argument.

The researchers studied more than 100 men and women over 53 have never been treated for high blood pressure. Those who participated in the survey are considered healthy after a series of specialized tests to show that they have been lead to heart disease or high blood pressure.
