Hypertension has no symptoms and how dangerous?

Symptoms.

Most blood pressure has no symptoms. The signs of headache, vertigo, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, fatigue ... not only the expression of each of hypertension.
When there are symptoms of hypertension, often times have a complication or condition was severe hypertension.

 

The danger.

The harmful effects of high blood pressure (hypertension complications) occurred mainly in the heart, brain, kidneys, eyes, blood vessels.

1. At heart, hypertension causes:

§ Tim large (long heart failure).
§ Coronary heart disease include silent myocardial ischemia, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death.

2. In the brain, causing hypertension:

§ transient ischemic attacks.
§ Cognitive decline and dementia.
§ Stroke (Stroke), including cerebral infarction (ischemic stroke) and bleeding in the brain (cerebral hemorrhage, stroke).
§ hypertensive encephalopathy (vomiting, dizziness, convulsions, coma ...).

3. Exercise: end-stage renal disease and ultimately kidney failure.

All complications are: (1) in terms of health as progressive disease, multiple disabilities (62% and 49% of stroke angina by increasing blood pressure) and death or sudden or gradual or premature death ( hypertension caused reduced life expectancy from 10 to 20 years); also (2) the financial cost increases.
