A recent study showed that women who breast-feeding period was recommended may reduce the risk of high blood pressure later.

In the new study, the authors examine the relationship between breastfeeding and the risk of high blood pressure later in nearly 56,000 American women participated in Women's Health Research nursing. All
participants have at least one child.
Results showed that women who breastfeed for at least 6 months were hypertension in 14 years compared with women who did not breastfeed.
Nearly 8,900 women are diagnosed with high blood statements. But this ratio is higher than 22% in women who are not breastfeeding than women to exclusively breastfeed for 6 months.
Similarly, women who had never breast-feeding or breastfeeding ≤ 3 months susceptible to hypertension than 25% compared with women who breastfeed for at least a year.
The result was additional evidence of the benefits of breastfeeding for mothers. In general, experts recommend that children should be exclusively breastfed for the first 6 months of life.
